NXM Optimal Filter

Motivation

This is a generalization that merges the Cross-Talk and ND optimal filters. The idea is that we have N wires/ channels (such as Q-inner and Q-outer). For every pulse read in any of the N channels, we want to fit M templates $\{A^{k}|k=1,2\cdots M\}$ with amplitudes $\{a_{j}|j=1,2\cdots M\}$. Hence the name NXM. This OF is intended for Charge channels and hence is simply 2x2.
