Synopsis:
Creates a counterpart candidate catalogue by
correlting the objects from a source catalogue (e.g., the LAT source
catalogue) with the objects of a counterpart catalogue.
Usage: gtsrcid srcCatName srcCatPrefix cptCatName cptCatPrefix outCatName probMethod probThres maxNumCpt
