Function Documentation

unsigned int BTD_shortDecode	(	unsigned short int	s,
		unsigned int	scheme,
		int *	nbits
	)

Decodes the bits in w according to scheme.

Returns:

The decoded short word

Parameters:

	s	The encoded bits
	scheme	The encoding scheme
	nbits	Returns the number of bits decoded.
