Data Structures

Here are the data structures with brief descriptions:

_BA	Provides the bare minimum context to keep track of a buffered array of bits. Since, in general, the bits are buffered in a temporary structure before being output, they must be flushed
_BFU	The return value of the BFU routines, capturing the current 32-bit word that is being used as a source and the extracted value
_BW_vector	A counted set of right justified bits
_HUFF_code	Structure to contain the Huffman code, both the bit pattern and its length
_HUFF_symbol_bf	The information associate with a decoded symbol
