Function Documentation

unsigned int BTD_wordDecode (  unsigned int  w, unsigned int  scheme, int *  nbits )

Decodes the bits in w according to scheme. Returns: The decoded word Parameters: w  The encoded bits scheme  The encoding scheme nbits  Returns the number of bits decoded.
