file_hdr_strip - Remove a LAT file header attached to an existing file
file_hdr_strip <in_file> <out_file>
This utility removes a LAT file header which is at the top of an existing file. If no valid file header is found, an error message is printed, but no output file is created. Otherwise, the output file is created as a copy of the input file, but with the file header removed.
