The qcfg_cmp_lsd program is used to compare two LAT configuration datagrams and display the differences as a map, with set bits indicating which instances of which components have differences. The datagrams may be in a single file or in two different ones. By default, the first two datagrams in a single file are used, or the first datagram in each of two files. Otherwise options exist to specify exactly which datagrams are to be used.
qcfg_cmp_lsd | [-v] [-i index] [-j index] [-o outFile] dgmFile1 [dgmFile2] |
-o outFile | The name of the output file to receive the generated report. |
-i index | Causes the index datagram in the first file to be used as the first datagram to be compared. The default is 1. |
-j index | Causes the index datagram in the appropriate file to be used as the second datagram to be compared. The default is 1 if there are two files, or 2 if there is only one file. |
-v | Verbose option. Causes complete types with any differences to be displayed, not just the row segments containing differences. If specified twice, causes the complete difference map to be displayed. |
dgmFile1 | The name of the first (or only) configuration datagram file to read. |
dgmFile2 | The name of the optional second configuration datagram file to read. |
