HFC_cfg.h	Defines the interface to and data structure containing the parameters used in filtering heavy ions. This is just a front for the most current version
HFC_cfgPrint.h	Prints the contents of the user configuration parameter block
HFC_def.h	Wraps the entire filter context into one structure, suitable for passing to the LCB call back routine
