Caliorimeter constants.

Enumerator:

EDA_CAL_K_TOWERS	Number of CAL towers
EDA_CAL_K_RANGES	The number of ranges
EDA_CAL_K_LAYERS	The number of layers
EDA_CAL_K_LAYERS_PER_TOWER	Number layers in a tower
EDA_CAL_K_LAYERS_PER_LAT	Number layers in a LAT, same as PER_TOWER, should be used when referring to the LAT as opposed to a tower
EDA_CAL_K_LOGS_PER_LAYER	Number logs in one layer of one tower
EDA_CAL_K_ADCS_PER_LOG	Number of ADCs per log
EDA_CAL_K_ADCS_PER_LAYER	Number of ADCS in one layer of one tower
EDA_CAL_K_LOGS_PER_TOWER	Number of logs in a tower
EDA_CAL_K_ADCS_PER_TOWER	Number of ADCs in a tower
EDA_CAL_K_LOGS_PER_LAT	Number of logs in the complete LAT
