_File	Wrapper around a file descriptor providing buffered file I/O
_FileElement	A pointer/size pair to be used in a array of FileElements to allow multiple fragments of a file to be written/read at once
_LATC_hsk	Structure to hold LATC housekeeping information
ACD_addr	Address of a ARC/AFE node
CptDescription	Description of a component of the LAT
FldDescription	Parameters necessary to describe a field within a register
LATC_addr	Union of all the address structures and an array, used for hierarchical leaf identification throughout LATC
LATC_map_	Structure that acts as a bit-map of all the LAT components
