Typedefs
typedef unsigned int	PL_list
	Used by a priority que as both a list and selection mask.
typedef struct _PL_ctl	PL_ctl
	Typedef of the struct _PL_ctl.
typedef struct _PL_que	PL_que
	Typedef of the struct _PL_que.
typedef struct _L_node	PL_node
	Typedef for a PL node. A PL_node is the data type what the PL_insert and PL_jam que and the PL_remove routines return.
