Synopsis

ctdb_rt_test_sim - Test application for 1553 remote terminal simulator.

Description

This is a simple test application for GLAST 1553 remote terminal implementations. A listen task handles telecommands received from the BC. The received telecommands are displayed as they arrive. There are commands to send telecommands and diagnostic telemetry packets to the BC. The sent packets contain an incrementing test pattern for the application data. Errors are printed as they are encountered.

The following commands are accepted from the shell once the test application is started:

rt_init - Initialize the RT simulator.
rt_start - Start listening on 1553 simlator sockets. Spawns packet receive tasks.
rt_stop - Disconnects 1553 simlator sockets. Deletes packet receive tasks.
rt_exit - Shutdown RT simulator.
rt_pkt_telem \<size\> - Send test pattern telemetry packet. \<size\> is bytes of test pattern.
rt_pkt_cmd_tx \<size\> - Send test pattern telecommand packet. \<size\> is bytes of test pattern.
