cid - A command to investigate CMX interface definition (.cid) files

Synopsis

cid <command> <parameters> <qualifiers>

Description

The cid command provides the means to look at CMX interface definition (.cid) files. The queries can be quite involved and use a syntax very much like the cmx command itself. What follows are a subset of the various commands available. For the full syntax, see the "CMX User Manual".

> cid check <interface-file-name>
> cid compare <old-interface-file-name> <new-interface-file-name>
> cid find <interface-file-name> <symbol-name> [<symbol-name> ...]
> cid show global <interface-file-name>
