Public include file for the CMX-as-built identity scheme.

CMX_asBuiltPub.h is now a pass-through, provided for backward compatibility. The real include file is (in CMX terms) CAB/CAB_asBuiltPub.h, which provides function prototypes for the callable interface routines and a structure typedef that callers of these routines will need to make forward references.
