DFC_DB_tkr.c	CDM database file for package XFC_DB, constituent dfc_db_tkr
DFC_DB_tkr.h	Defines a set configuration constants for the Diagnosic Filter that contains the same map as the GEM scheduler as described in LAT-TD-08805. Which is to say, there will be a class for each trigger engine
