Here are the data structures with brief descriptions:

_LTC_DB_CntrlParams	Control algogrithm parameters for a heat pipe. These values define the LTC algorithm set points for each individual heat pipe
_LTC_DB_CommonParams	LTC common configuration parameters These parameters control the global operation of the LTC control algorithm and apply to all heat pipes
_LTC_DB_PduMeasRec	Info for needed to acquire measurement from PDU group
