GRBP_DB_locationScheduleUpdate

Typedef GRBP_DB_locationScheduleUpdate.

Each location update consists of two values

1. A count, this says update the location when this many additional gammas have been added to the list
2. A repeat value, this says repeat the same count value this many times. This is strictly a way of specifying an update sequence in a more compact way
