LSEW_ctxGemBase

Typedef for struct _LSEW_ctxGemBase.

This holds the base values of the all the GEM counters. These values are used to tell when the counters in the GEM have rolled over and, therefore, when to increment the corresponding extension word.

After each new event has been added, these values should be replaced by their GEM equivalents so that the context is established for the next event.
