lfs_moc_dump - Dump LFS MOC telemetry files
lfs_moc_dump [-v] [-a <apid>] [-x <xact_id>] [-o <out_file>] <moc_file>
This tool takes the MOC-style telemetry files output by the SIIS/siis2moc tool and produces useful results. If you run with just the "-v" option, you will get a verbose display of the file packet contents (same dump routines as used in SCP). The "-x" option filters the packets by command trasaction ID, so that if more than one dump is present, you can extract just one packet set. The default is to extract all packets. For file dump telemetry (APID 795), you can give the "-o" option which will write out the file dump telemetry contents to an output file in an attempt to reconstruct a file.
