Kavli Building	Research Office Building (ROB)

The Monday and Tuesday sessions will be held at the Kavli 3rd floor conference room located at the center of the top floor of the Kavli building (#51 on the map) right in front the SLAC main gate on Sand Hill Road. Those who drive, the closest parking are either parking lot A across the ring road from the Kavli building, or parking lot C between the main gate and the guest house. Parking is free in SLAC and you can grab any parking slot as long as it is not marked for disabled or with Government vehicles only. The Guest House is building #49 within 200m from the Kavli building. The Cafeteria is in building #42, open for breakfast and lunch during weekdays. Sessions on Wednesday-Friday will be held at the Redwood room in the Research Office Building (ROB) #48, next to the Kavli Building.

The Kavli 3rd floor conference room seating capacity is ~40 and it is equipped with an integrated H323 A/V and projection system and table microphones so that EVO sessions have been run successfully for similar meetings before. The Redwood rooms has a polycom P/A system for phone conf/EVO setup. Information on wireless and other practical issues can be found on the General Information page
