E-157 has evolved into the E-162
experiment. For the latest news and information, check out the E-162 home page.

E-157 completed it's initial three scheduled runs this past summer and
has been granted an additional run for the month of November.

Stay tuned for a summary of the results of the first three runs, to be
presented at the APS 41st Annual
meeting of the Division of Plasma Physics in Seattle, WA on 11/17/99.

The E-157 experiment is on the proposed 1999 SLAC operating schedule. We
are scheduled for three 3 week long runs: #1 starting May 1, 1999, #2 starting
June 15, 1999, and #3 starting August 1, 1999.

The E-157 web page is published after the formal approval has been received.

E-157 is approved by the SLAC Experimental Advisory Committee (EPAC).
