The meeting will take place Thursday, Jan.21, 1999  starting at 9:00 AM
in Room 223 A&E building 41 (Yellow Room).  Make a right turn after you pass 
the gate.  The first large building on your left is the A&E building.  
Follow the curved road to the parking lot.  Walk across the bridge into 
the building and the Yellow Room is on the opposite site on the same floor.
