The chopping line is a critical part of the ESS linac in term of technical realization of the choppers and preservation of the beam qualities. The present design of the two 352 MHz RFQs and the chopping line is reported. The beam dynamics has been optimized with a H- beam current up to 100-mA to have safety margin with respect to the ESS goals. Almost 99% of the beam is transmitted up to 2 MeV through the first RFQ. The line with two choppers allows the perfect chopping between 2 bunches, with little emittance growth. The second RFQ accelerates the particles up to 5 MeV with a transmission close to 100%.
