In recent years, much attention has been devoted to problems linked with CW RFQ as beginning part of superpower proton linac. Potentials of modern codes for RFQ beam simulation are analyzed and new code package LIDOS.RFQ is considered. The last one gives a possibility to calculate RFQ channel (with real vane shape) divided into sections. Included codes takes into account real RF fields in intersection gaps and automatically find optimal position for gaps. Included codes give a possibility to make Monte-Carlo calculations in order to estimate beam perturbations as well as find tolerances for main RFQ parameters.
