The Dual Axis Radiographic Hydro Test (DARHT) facility produces a 20 MeV - 2 kA - 60 ns electron beam. Time resolved spatial and angular distributions of optical transition radiation (OTR) produced by beam interaction with an aluminized foil have been made. The angular distribution data are compared with an OTR ray tracing calculation in order to examine sensitivity to energy, charge distribution, convergence angle and emittance. Spatial distribution data was used to examine the effects of energy deposition on graphite foil dielectric properties and of drift tube vacuum on the beam distribution.
