SLAC Guest House

The SLAC Guest House provides comfortable and convenient housing on the SLAC campus, a 5 minute walk from the conference meeting room. Guests will have access to in-room, high-speed Internet access, a fitness center, a 24-hour reception desk, laundry facilities, free parking, complimentary tea and coffee, and a 24-hour gift shop. The SLAC Cafeteria is located close by the Guest House and is available for breakfast and lunch weekdays. On the weekends, complimentary bagels, muffins, juice, and coffee are served.

A block of 40 standard (i.e., single) rooms has been reserved at the Guest House for the time from October 9-15. The rate for these rooms is $59/night + 10% room occupancy tax. There are some other room options available as well. You can use this form to book your reservation. In the "Eligibility" section of this form, give your affiliation as SLAC and mention our group name, "HEPIX FALL 2005 WORKSHOP", or group number, 349781, in the "Reason for visit" field. In order to reserve your room in this block, you must make your reservations on or before September 25, 2005. There is no public transportation provided to and from SLAC in the late evening (after 7:00 pm) or on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
