I began by proposing that we move and upgrade the Damping Ring high power RF transmitter. This move would be from the vault into the support building above the vault. The move would include the direct feedback chassis, the cooling system, and all the klystron ancillary equipment. I discussed the motivation for this move and provided evidence that this project would meet it's intended goals.

Next photographs of the locations in the support buildings in which the transmitter would be moved are presented. I explained that some equipment racks would need to be moved and that we will need to complete the penetrations.

The tasks related to moving the transmitter are broken down into mechanical and electrical and listed.

There is a conclusion which includes a recommendation to proceed and a cost estimate.
