1. Report from recent ECFA Workshop, held at Montpellier in November. Summary by Busser
    
2. Report on the Letter of Intent (LOI) submitted to  SLAC's EPAC on "Beam
     Instrumentation Tests for the Linear Collider Using the SLAC A-Line and End Station A." This was 
     presented at the November EPAC meeting and received a strong endorsement.
