2. Preparation of an EOI (Expression of Interest) for Nov 14/15 meeting of SLAC's PAC, regarding use of the
     A-Line and End Station A for IPBI beam tests for the Linear Collider.  Also, preparation of separate document 
     on A-Line and End Station A as a facility for IPBI beam tests for the LC.
3. Discussion of UK plans for IP beam instrumentation R&D, and plans for collaboration with them.
