April 11, 2007: B->pilnu: used the PDG07 values for the average lifetime relative to the B0 average lifetime 
                ( 1.071 +-  0.009). The pilnu average is not affected.
April 17.2007: BaBar B->pilnu loose reco: changed all BF's and errors according to the published results 
                (the previous version used the results as sent to ICHEP06). The corresponding 
		averages change.      
May 31, 2007:   Updating the common.param file to the newest values of the B fractions at Z0 from the Oscillation group.
		Only the VcbF(1) average changes from (35.8 +/- 0.6)10^-3 to (35.7 +/- 0.6)10^-3.
		There are also some small changes in the rescaled values of individual experiments.
		All numbers and plots have been updated accordingly.
