0. The updates for Lepton-Photon 2003 will be at

    http://www.slac.stanford.edu/xorg/hfag/semi/summer03-lp/summer03.shtml

The usual documentation for what changed etc is available as a link
   from that webpage.

1. There was a discussion on how to derive a confidence level for the
average resulting from the 2d fit to Vcb*F(1) vs. rho2. In the
past, the chi2 of the fit had been scaled by 1./1.5 to account for
the 2d. We agreed that we want to contact Roger Barlow and Fred
James and others to obtain guidance.

We will not quote a confidence level for LP, but rather give the
chi2 and dof and point out that it is a 2d fit.

Marcello agreed to contact Karl Ecklund from CLEO to try to
understand whether BABAR sees the same level of D** background like
CLEO (in order to investigate whether CLEO's low (fitted) D** level
   is a fluctuation or not).

Elisabetta suggested to provide a second plot where the delta chi2
= 2.3 ellipses are shown. All agreed.

2. There are at least two possibilities to derive Vcb from the total
   sl width:

o Use Falk and Luke as done in Phys.Rev.Lett.87:251808,2001
o Use Bauer et al as done in hep-ex/0307046.

The first approach needs an average lambdaBar and lambda1 which
does not exist currently. It seems highly nontrivial to do this
correctly. The second approach uses the different moments directly
-- taking into account all the correlations -- and fits the
semileptonic width simultaneously to the moments. It is foreseen
that this will be presented at LP, but until that time HFAG will
refrain from quoting an average Vcb from isl B decays.

3. There is an anticipated update for the Belle BRECO-Xlnu result on
the timescale of LP. They will contact K. Schubert directly for
their inclusion into his presentation at LP. It will not go into
   this update.
