Updates of Semileptonic Results for the Summer 2003
The changes of this update with respect to the status of winter 2003
are described here.
All analyses are rescaled to a common set of input parameters defined
in common.param.
A spreadsheet with the breakdowns of the errors can be found as xls
and gnumeric.

In hep-ex/0212036, the LEP HF steering group quotes BF(B ->
Xlnu) = 10.65 +/- 0.23 at LEP. This result is model-dependent in
the sense that its error includes a contribution of 0.14 for the
modeling of b->Xl.
There are at least two possibilities to derive Vcb from the inclusive
semileptonic BF
- Use Falk and Luke as done in Phys.Rev.Lett.87:251808,2001
- Use Bauer et al as done in hep-ex/0307046.
The first approach needs an average lambdaBar and lambda1 which does
not exist currently. This is highly nontrivial to do correctly. The
second approach uses the different moments directly -- taking into
account all the correlations -- and fits the semileptonic width
simultaneously to the moments. It is foreseen to use the second
approach in the future.

simultaneous fit to |Vcb|*F(1) and rho2. Note: The fit is
two-dimensional and systematics limited, no confidence level is given
