2) Should we be forming another sub-group to deal with decays involving 
charm?  So far, the rare sub-group has stayed away from such decays with the
exception of some B decays to charmed baryons.  I would suggest that we add
a new sub-group that would take these charmed baryon decays with their
primary mission being to compile and average the important B->D(*)K(*) decays
that are already coming from both BABAR and Belle.  Gamma will come from
combinations of these decays in a couple years and we should have a group
prepared to deal with this.  I would suggest that the scope of this group
also include other decays to charm (D(*)pi, ..). and charmonium decays though
the case for that is less compelling in my view.
