Here are the action items I recorded from the 16 Mar 2005 discussion at the 
CKM05 workshop:

 - establish nominal terms of 2 years for HFAG chairs and working-group 
convenors, with possiblity of renewal
 - plan a second round of averages this summer because of the unusual 3 week 
delay between Lepton-Photon and EPS
 - time to start a new working-group charged with performing Dalitz averages, 
based on the recommendations of the earlier Dalitz task force (also, need to 
learn how the PDG handles Dalitz averages)
 - check if our hep-ex article is being cited appropriately
 - start work on winter update of hep-ex article
 - put banner prominently on HFAG web pages telling conference speakers how to 
get new averages for their talks before they are posted publicly
