This table consists of the histogram of citations for the entire database. In other words it is the number (and fraction) of the database that falls into certain citation windows.

Note that citeable papers are all journal and eprint articles for which we can track citations. Also note that the bins are not cumulative (i.e. a paper with 512 citations is only counted in the 500+ bin, not in the 50+ and 100+)
