  1. The PDF files for SLAC-R-457 were prepared by distilling PostScript files prepared from LaTeX source and output (dvi) files. In the distilling process, some font substitutions occurred which may affect the appearance and/or readability of some figures in a few chapters:
    • Chapter 2 only: Universal-GreekwithMathPi not found, used Courier.
    • Chapter 4 only: Geneva not found, used Courier.
    • Chapter 6 only: LBLPalatinoN2 not found, used Courier.
  2. Requests for figures appearing in the BaBar TDR should be sent to Barbara Barerra in the BaBar group (beej@slac.stanford.edu).
