The PDF version of this document was distilled from 
PostScript created from a source file containing
some Type 3 fonts. The resultant PDF is largely 
readable though some ligatures (particularly
"fi" and "ff" are replaced by small boxes.

Despite this minor cosmetic problems in the screen version,
the PDF file will print without this problem; likewise,
the ligature problem does not affect searchability or
selectability of the screen text.
