Polarization Possibilities of Small Spin-Orbit Interaction in Strained-Superlattice Photocathodes
Abstract
Strained-superlattice photocathodes based on InGaP/GaAs were investigated. The
photocathode performance is found highly dependent on the superlattice
parameters. The electron confinement energy in superlattice appears important.
