NLEST is a solution without a clear problem:
Higher priority needs exist within the DOE STI community
- LOWG would like to work with OSTI to identify and prioritize those needs
DOE effort should be expended through the Public Information and the Education arms to increase public visibility
- OSTI can play a valuable support role by organizing this information
