• Each field has subject-specialized databases covering more than DOE STI

• Core of 4 databases contain 15.75 million records

  • thorough indexing
  • rapid updating
  • researchers need this broad coverage

• Instead of re-inventing the wheel, OSTI should look for areas of unmet need
