(3) BSAC:

    * Buffered acquisition ("WIRE_PREP") request and processing coded.  
      Debugging on-going.
    * Reply message to SCP complex and requires more time for debugging.
    * Removed BPMS constants (ANGL, OFFS, XTOL).  Not used by BSAC.  Perhaps
      Till will have something equivalent in his database and processing.
