(2) Vacation:

(3) Include Files:

    Include files unique to source in one directory stays in that directory.
    Example: *def.hc file that contains message codes unique to a handler
    goes into that handler's directory.  Also, Kristi recommends that we
    add *defstr.h files with defines for message format strings to make
    it easier to find where in the source file that message is logged.

(4) New Utilities by Bob Sass:

    Bob is adding new utilities in the slc-aware code for the FECC project.
    He will test and commit as needed.  He should be sending out emails when
    a commit is done.

(5) New Utilities by Kristi:

    Kristi wants to break out more utilities for use by the handlers to get
    rid of duplicated code in all the handlers.  She will email Diane, Debbie, 
    and Steph when they are ready and they will then update their handlers to 
    use the utilities when time permits.

(6) SLC/EPICS Database Consistency:

    It is preferred that when a device exists in the SLC database but is 
    marked offline, that the same device exists in EPICS and is also marked
    offline instead of being removed.  To save effort, there will be limited
    consistency checking (if any) of the SLC and EPICS databases during
    handler initialization.
