Meeting minutes:

 Reminder: No new software is to be left in for turn on, exception, is 
 that if there are new devices that impact beam to BSY dump 52SL2.

 Agenda:

  *	List of software changes that impacts re-establishing beam to BSY dump 52SL2.
  *	List of new software that is waiting to be released.
  *	New software commissioning time

IOC software:
------------
-For IOCs from LCLS injector to BSY 52SL2 dump:
We need to make a list of which software versions will be running. (All IOCs should be running the same software from shut-down unless there has been new installation or upgrade.)

-In order to release new software up through 52SL2, we will submit the usual test plan to controls-software-release and add a link on the lcls wiki.

-Kristi has begun a new wiki page to use for the two items above. She will make some changes to it and then send us a link? Please update this page for your systems.

-After beam is re-established to 52SL2, we will most likely have a 'software week' to release new software.


Alarms:
------
-It is okay to add new alarms to LTU and downstream areas. Physicists and operators will know to ignore these alarms at start-up.

-For areas up through BSY0, each system lead is responsible for making sure that the alarms are configured to reflect the current state of the hardware. Please submit any necessary changes to Judy.
