Wiener VME Crate PS Failure

The Wiener VME Crate PS used for TR01 burned up on the monring of Tuesday, August 28, 2001. Later that same day the failed power supply was Fed-Xed to the US distributor in the mid-west.  The following morning, a loaner power supply that Bob Fuller located at Babar (compliments of Perry Anthony) was installed into TR01, and the crate was brought back online.  Since the cause of the power supply failure is unknown  the crate was brought back up without any modules and then slowly modules were added one-by-one.  In Table1 below, moving from left to right, the first column lists the order that modules were replaced into the crate and the crate statisticts are noted in the subsequent rows.
