The input to the Supervisory AP's algorithm is principally the output of the regular APs. The Supervisor also uses the same input to choose a transgressive expression to evaluate as the APs do, namely the current bgrp, rate and stopper configuration.
The `output' of the Supervisory AP's algorithm, is a repetition rate which it send to the MPG.
