Added diagnostic routines that can be executed from the target shell (ref: VSAMUtils.c)
Fixed calibration bug. The symptoms that occured was then when a VSAM module, in NORMAL, mode failed calibration (ie: calibration LED on the module front panel is red) the software never seemed to update any of the other registers. Hitting the "reset" button on the VSAM panel was the only means of restoring calibration to a valid state.

Increased the settle time after setting the mode register before reading the firmware version.

Remove check for sepecific firmware version during driver initialization.
