in the PCIe x16-Interface the performance will be the same as in PCIe x4. B=
ecause the me4 fx4/vd4/VQ4 support only the 4 lanes of PCIe. As note: If yo=
u have the me4 fx1/vd1, you have only 1 lane and therefore less performance=
 as the the me4 fx4/vd4, but you can mount it also in PCIe x1-interface.
If your chassis support the horizontal mounting of PCIe-cards, you can take=
 a riser card between the PCIe-Interface of the mainboard and the framegrab=
ber. The me4  is not a low profile card, but it has the normal card size.

Thanks Marino.    I notice that the card is 111 mm high.     I take it this=
 implies a 4U rackmount chassis, as the height of a 2U chassis is only 88 m=
m, or is there some way to mount the card horizontally in order to take up =
less rack space?
