LER QD powers most of the LER arc QD magnets.
The LER has 6 arcs, each with 16 QD magnets.
In general the LER arcs have QFs and QDs each powered in series for the whole ring excect for the first few arc magnets which surround straights 2, 4 and 12. For the arcs which surround these straights, the first ~6 quadrupole magnets are powered locally to match the dispersion into the straight and in the case of straight 2, make a beta bump to enhance the effect of local sextupoles.
