The workshop registration fee is $100.

For Stanford University participants: Email your account number to clen@slac.stanford.edu.

For SLAC participants: Send a Purchase Requisition for $100 to Clendenin at M.S. 66. The P.R. should be worded as follows. "Registration fee for [name] for the Workshop on New Kinds of Positron Sources for Future Colliders. Please apply to Stanford University account 1-KGZ-124." DO NOT SEND THE P.R. DIRECTLY TO BUDGETS.
At the time of
the Workshop:		 By check* made out as above, or in cash (U.S. dollars).

*Checks may be drawn on any bank, U.S. or foreign, but must be made payable in U.S. dollars.
