1.Completed-drawings exercise. Evaluation of use of the form: see the current version of Inj_dwg.xls in*Sub-group Input Folders. Bring at least one example of a filled out row. Rules of the game:

a) Choose the highest level assembly drawing for which there is a complete drawing package for an existing device that we plan to build more of for the LCLS.

b) Identify the corresponding WBS Number.

c) Using Inj_dwg.xls, fill in Drawing Name as shown on the drawing, and Drawing Number.

d) Using whatever information is "readily" available, fill in Number of Sub-Drawings and makean estimate of Percentage of Sub-Drawings Ready for LCLS Bid/Construction/Assembly.

e) If the subject assembly drawing is available electronically, indicate the Drawing Filename and the File Source.

2.Review of the "required lead times" in the latest version of the long lead items list(021106LongLeadItems.xls). Please bring to the meeting your corrections and justifications.

3.Laser system PED review. Scope (laser design, laser room layout, etc.); role of Laser Advisory Committee (LAC), input from Laser Workshop, etc. Bolton
